Body, Heart and Laughter

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Among bodies, faces and fragments of time
A journey through art, listening and presence

During this experiential tour, we will move through the spaces of Palazzo Massimo alle Terme with a fresh perspective.
We will not simply observe: we will experience the artworks, allow ourselves to be touched, and listen inwardly.

We will pause before the Seated Boxer, a powerful symbol of fatigue and renewal.
We will encounter the Sleeping Hermaphrodite, a figure that challenges definitions.
We will walk among the frescoes of the Villa of Livia, a painted garden inviting breath and openness.
And we will meet marble portraits, ancient faces that still speak to us.

Emanuele Arru will guide us through symbolic games and active techniques inspired by psychodrama and experiential counselling, in a journey shaped by questions, silences, gestures and subtle resonances.

This will not be a lesson.
It will be a living, shared, human experience.

Emotions

Waiting for Light

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Listening to the present, among artworks that unsettle and welcome
Experience at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome

In this experience, we will move through galleries where modern and contemporary art does not seek to reassure, but to ask questions.
We will encounter works that speak of the body, identity, conflict and desire, allowing each one to become an invitation to reflect on what touches us personally.

Emanuele Arru will guide the experience with a simple and engaging approach, through light role-playing, body-based activations and active counselling techniques.
We will not interpret the artworks: we will use them as tools for listening, giving voice to thoughts and sensations that often remain beneath the surface.

It will be a time for walking, observing and sharing.
To discover something that perhaps we already knew, but had never said out loud.

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Listening to the Present, Among Works That Disturb and Welcome
An Experience at the Gallery of Modern Art in Rome

In this journey, we will move through spaces where modern and contemporary art does not aim to reassure, but to raise questions.

We will encounter works that speak of body, identity, conflict, and desire, allowing each of them to become an invitation to reflect on what touches us personally.

Emanuele Arru will guide the experience with a simple and engaging approach, using light role-playing, bodily awareness practices, and active counseling techniques.

We will not interpret the artworks.
We will use them as tools for listening: to ourselves and to one another, giving voice to thoughts and sensations that often remain beneath the surface.

It will be a time to walk, to look, to share.

To discover something that, perhaps, we already knew, but had never spoken aloud.

Galleria Borghese – Beauty That Moves Within You

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Beauty in motion: among sculpted bodies and suspended gazes
Experiential tour at the Galleria Borghese

The Galleria Borghese houses some of the most intense and dramatic works of Western art.
In this experiential tour, we will move through the rooms as one moves through an inner landscape: slowly, allowing ourselves to be surprised.

In front of the sculpted bodies of Bernini, the suspended figures of Canova and the enigmatic faces of Caravaggio, we will explore not only the artworks, but also what moves within us.
Emanuele Arru will accompany the group using active techniques inspired by psychodrama, counselling and theatrical play, transforming the visit into a moment of listening, presence and relationship.

The experience will not be guided by knowledge, but by encounter.
With the artworks, with others, with oneself.

Breath, Steps and Revelations

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Among Ancient Arches, Breath, and Perception

In the heart of the Aqueducts Park, among tall grass, Roman stones, and open sky, we will share an experience that engages the body, the gaze, and inner awareness.

We will walk among the majestic remains of the ancient aqueducts not only to observe them, but to listen to them with all our senses.

Emanuele Arru will guide the group through body-based exercises, active techniques, and practices inspired by experiential counseling, helping us connect with what we feel within ourselves and around us.

We will use movement, voice, silence, and open space as tools for exploration.

It will be an open-air experience made of pauses, connections, and small revelations.

Not to learn, but to feel.
Not to explain, but to be present.

Villa Adriana

Architecture That Listens to You

Experiential tour visiting Rome

Walking among stone dreams and inner spaces

Villa Adriana is not only an archaeological site: it is a mental city, a grand vision made of water reflections, geometries and silences.
During this experiential tour, we will move among theatres, temples, porticoes and pavilions not with the aim of explaining everything, but with the desire to listen to what resonates within us.

Guided by Emanuele Arru, we will live an experience that brings together architecture and introspection, using space as a tool for reflection.
Through active techniques, symbolic games and practices inspired by psychodrama and counselling, each participant will be invited to walk with greater awareness, to pause in key places, and to enter into dialogue with themselves and with the group.

It will be a journey that is not only physical, but also emotional, where what remains of ancient structures may help us sense what remains, today, within ourselves.

Villa d’Este

The Breath of Water,
the Step of the Soul

Experiential tour visiting Rome

A journey through wonder, listening and inner movement

Villa d’Este is a place that speaks to all the senses: the eye wanders among frescoes and gardens, the ear is drawn to the constant sound of water, and the body moves through shifting perspectives and shaded paths.

During this experiential tour, Emanuele Arru will guide us on a journey that brings together artistic beauty and emotional exploration, among fountains, symbols and architectures meant to be walked through rather than explained.
The environment will be used to activate sensory games, counselling-inspired exercises and light psychodrama techniques: we will listen not only to what we see, but also to what emerges from within.

Each fountain, each perspective, each pause in the shade becomes an opportunity to slow down, to listen to ourselves and to be surprised.
It will be a time to share beauty together, and to feel it as something that belongs to us too.

Journey into Etruscan Memory at La Banditaccia

Among tombs, silence and timeless questions

La Banditaccia is not a place you visit just to see.
You go there to walk among the traces of an ancient people, in a city of the dead that still speaks, suggests, and leaves space.
During this experiential tour, we will enter the tuff-carved tombs not as visitors, but as attentive walkers, listening.

Emanuele Arru will guide us through a path of emotional exploration, using active counselling techniques, symbolic games and shared moments, transforming the visit into a suspended time, both personal and collective.
We will not only tell Etruscan stories: we will allow these evocative places to help us connect with our deeper memory, with our way of inhabiting time and the cycle of life.

Earth, stone, shadow and silence will accompany us in an experience that is both intense and gentle, where each step may become a fragment of awareness.
