Participation Policy – Emotional Art Journey

1. Nature of the experience
Emotional Art Journey is a guided experience focused on art, listening and awareness, based on active practices inspired by counselling, psychodrama and light body-based work.
It is not a therapeutic treatment nor a clinical programme. The experience does not replace psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic support of any kind.

2. Voluntary and responsible participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. Each participant is free, at any moment, to decide how actively to engage in the proposed activities.
During the experience, all participants are expected to show respect, confidentiality and attentive listening. The group environment is based on trust and non-judgement.

3. Accessibility and physical limitations
Experiences take place in museums, parks, historical sites or urban spaces. Participants with specific needs (mobility, sensory or other requirements) are kindly asked to communicate this at the time of booking.
Each experience will be adapted where possible; however, Emotional Art Journey cannot guarantee full accessibility to all locations.

4. Cancellations and refunds
If an experience is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend on an alternative date.
In case of cancellation by the participant, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance. After this deadline, the participation fee is non-refundable.

5. Image rights and content protection
During the experiences, photographs or short videos may be taken for documentation or promotional purposes, always with the prior consent of participants.
All content, texts and the format of Emotional Art Journey are conceived by Emanuele Arru and are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
