Last updated: 10 June 2025
Access to and participation in the experiences offered by Emotional Art Journey imply full and informed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the activity
The experiences offered are cultural, relational and emotional pathways, led by Emanuele Arru, professional counsellor and licensed tour guide.
They are not therapeutic activities, nor medical or clinical programmes.
The techniques used (psychodrama, experiential counselling, role-playing, light body-based activations) are aimed at awareness, wellbeing and personal listening, with respect for the individual and the group.
2. Registration and confirmation
Registration for each event is considered complete only upon receipt of confirmation by email or direct message.
Some experiences have a limited number of participants. If capacity is exceeded, a waiting list will be created.
Participation in the experiences takes place under the full responsibility of the participant, who declares that they are in physical and psychological conditions compatible with the proposed activities.
3. Payment and cancellations
The participation fee (indicated for each event) must be paid in advance, according to the communicated methods.
Registration is confirmed only once payment has been received.
As a general rule, refunds are not provided.
Refund requests may be considered only in the presence of serious and documented reasons, which must be communicated promptly to the organiser. In such cases, the organiser reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to grant a full or partial refund or to convert the fee into credit for a future experience.
If an experience is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered the option to attend on a new date or to receive a refund of the fee paid.
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to activities with a specific date or period of execution.
4. Liability
Each participant is responsible for their own behaviour and health during the experience.
The organiser is not responsible for damage to persons or property caused by negligence, failure to follow instructions or undisclosed physical conditions.
The experiences take place in public spaces (museums, parks, archaeological sites). Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended.
5. Privacy and image rights
During some experiences, photographs and short videos may be taken for documentation or promotional purposes, only with the prior consent of participants.
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For further details, please consult the Privacy Policy section of the website.
6. Amendments to the Terms
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on the website.
