Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds related to the experiences and programmes offered by Emotional Art Journey, conceived and led by Emanuele Arru.
Advance payment
Participation in the experiences requires advance payment of the fee, both for single events and for programmes or subscription packages.
Registration is considered confirmed only once payment has been received.
Refund policy
As a general rule, fees paid are non-refundable.
Any refund requests will be considered only in the presence of serious and documented reasons, which must be communicated promptly to the organiser.
In such cases, the organiser reserves the right to decide, at their sole discretion, between:

a full or partial refund, or
-
the conversion of the fee into credit to be used for future experiences.
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute an automatic entitlement.
Cancellation by the organiser
If an experience is cancelled by the organiser due to force majeure, participants may choose between:

attending the experience on a new date, or
-
receiving a refund of the fee paid.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to activities with a specific date or period of execution.
